** Software Engineer Senior Specialist
** that is interested in software evolution and innovation within our Order, Trade, and Compliance (OTC) Technology Team. The ideal candidate would be passionate about applying modern engineering principles for building and delivering software to market. Primary responsibilities as a very "Hands-on" Developer for this position are to demonstrate technical proficiency and use of standard methodologies in our software development team.

You will work closely with our Technical Leads, Product Owners, and Architects to identify and implement solutions that support the company’s core investment management (portfolio management, trading, and compliance) operations. These solutions will be delivered to our clients through Agile development.

The role reports to the Director, IT & Investment Operations Technology.

This hybrid position will be based out of our Kansas City, Missouri office.

** Development of both front-end and back-end components of our applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
