Front-End Developer

Summary

Our client is seeking a Front‑End Developer Consultant to implement user interface designs and build scalable front‑end solutions. This role will partner with UX designers, product owners, and developers to translate design concepts into high‑quality React components while contributing to a shared component library and applying front‑end best practices.

• Implement user interface designs ensuring intended interactions, layout, and behavior are accurately reflected.
• Build and maintain reusable React components that support consistency across applications.
• Contribute to development of a shared component library to accelerate development and promote unified user experience.
• Implement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces meeting modern usability standards.
• Collaborate with developers and Scrum masters within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver features effectively.
• Provide input on design feasibility, technical constraints, and implementation trade‑offs.

• 3+ years of front‑end development experience with React.
• Demonstrated experience implementing UI designs from wireframes, mockups, or prototypes into production‑ready code.
• Strong proficiency in modern front‑end technologies (JavaScript/Type Script, HTML, CSS).
• Experience building reusable components and contributing to component‑based architecture.
• Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
• Experience collaborating with UX designers, product owners, and developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

This is a 6‑Month Contract opportunity with our Kansas City, MO client.
