Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation Consultant

Our client is seeking a Dynamics CRM Implementation Consultant to serve as a hands‑on developer supporting an existing Dynamics CRM deployment. This role will independently own projects from start to finish, working across the Power Platform to strengthen back‑end structure, improve the user interface, and prepare the system for expanded departmental rollout.

• Develop and enhance Dynamics CRM functionality (specifically the CRM module) independently.
• Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Manage information flows and API integrations across connected systems.
• Support reporting needs in Power BI, including data staging, query writing, and Power BI Report Builder, to produce polished PDF outputs.
• Advise on Power Platform best practices and system set‑up as the organization expands the CRM to additional departments.
• Communicate directly with business stakeholders on project status and requirements.
• Manage own workload and timelines with minimal oversight.

• Experience with Dynamics CRM (hands‑on development, not Supply Chain or Financial modules).
• Experience across the Power Platform:
  Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Experience managing API integrations and data relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience working independently on assigned projects without close supervision.

• Prior consulting experience including self‑managing workload and self‑advocacy.
• Insurance industry or related domain experience.
