Producer, Software Development, Digital Media & Production

We're looking for a Producer to join Miniclip's Italian studio in Genoa and help keep our mobile game projects moving smoothly.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, developers, artists, QA, and other stakeholders to coordinate day-to-day production activities, track progress, support clear communication, and help teams stay aligned on priorities and milestones.

This is a hybrid role based in Genoa, with office presence required two days per week.

• Coordinate day-to-day production activities across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project priorities.
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and documentation, applying standard production processes.
• Monitor progress, track deliverables, and identify issues or risks for escalation and resolution.
• Prepare initial reports, analyses, and project updates for review by Product Managers or stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams by documenting meetings, following up on action items, and ensuring clarity of next steps.
• Support adherence to milestones and quality of the projects.
• Contribute to improving workflows, tools, and processes through observation and feedback.
• Foster collaboration and maintain an organized and transparent production environment.

• Previous experience in production, project coordination, or a similar role within games or digital products.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep priorities, progress, and next steps clear.
• Good communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools, or mobile games would be a plus.
