Family-Owned Trucking Company based out of Kansas City, Mo seeking a Class A CDL driver to run dedicated lane. This position works M-F and runs kends off and Major Holidays. This position pays a salary with opportunities for Safety Bonus and Attendance Bonus. This is a smooth lane that runs like clockwork. Presently we have 2 lane open. This lane leaves from Kansas City, Mo and meets our Chicago driver in New Berlin, Il and swaps trailers. Driver will then head directly back to KC and park the truck and go home. Our company is different. You are not just another number here. Must be able to drive a Manual.

Driver must have clean driving record.

• Operate and drive trucks, including tractor-trailers, to transport goods to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
• Navigate routes effectively while adhering to delivery schedules.
• Communicate with dispatchers regarding any delays or issues encountered during transit.
• Assist in the training of new drivers on safe driving practices and company policies.

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a truck driver, particularly with Dry Van and Refer Trailers.
• Strong understanding of freight handling procedures and safety regulations.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other loading equipment safely.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
• Must have min 5 years' experience.

Must be able to pass TSA background check.
