Job Summary

Job Summary: The Warehouse Inbound Representative actively receives parts into stock. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods, maintaining inventory records, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving discrepancies, wrapping and labeling parts, stocking them appropriately, and maintaining the organization and appearance of the warehouse. Additional duties include assisting with truck unloading, cross-training in related jobs, and pulling parts for production and repair kits.

The representative must respond positively to customer needs and perform other assigned tasks.

Reporting Relationship: Manager, Warehouse

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST. This role is performed exclusively on-campus in Mission, KS. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at Script Pro.

Scope of the Role
  • Electronically receive purchased, decommissioned or RMA'd parts into stock with high level of accuracy
  • Identify, Document, Research & Resolve Discrepancies (SN's, Qty's, PO's, etc.)
  • Wrap & label parts as necessary
  • Stock parts in appropriate warehouse
  • Help with the organization, maintenance, and appearance of the warehouse
  • Assist with unloading of trucks
  • Cross train in related jobs
  • Accurately pull parts for Production and Repair Kits
  • Recognize and respond positively to customer s needs in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Maintains high standards in all areas
  • Experience with MS Office suite and Oracle
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs
  • Ability to work in a physical environment
  • Ability to learn identities of a wide variety of production parts and work with 11-digit item numbers

  • Team player, makes a positive contribution to the team
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or purchasing environment
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role has been established at $17-18 hourly. The final agreed-upon compensation may be higher or lower and is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The above compensation range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Working Conditions

This position encompasses both office and workshop environments. Requires routine use of standard equipment and extended computer use. Employees may work near and around various conditions such as dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise. May be exposed to moving mechanical parts and tools, electrical components, and all-weather conditions. This position is very active and regularly required to stand, walk, sit, squat, stoop, bend, reach, and use hands and fingers.

Ability to push, pull, and lift independently, encompassing all lifting positions from floor to overhead is required. Motor coordination, tool use, focused attention during extended periods of travel, and specific vision abilities, including close, distance, and color vision, are required. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions are required.
