Part Time Parcel Fulfillment Associate

Be part of a fun winning and growing team! Our client, a leading organization in the retail and logistics industry, is seeking a Part Time Parcel Fulfillment Associate to join their team. As a Part Time Parcel Fulfillment Associate, you will be part of the shipping and fulfillment department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Part Time Parcel Fulfillment Associate

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Range: $16.50/hr

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday 8am - 4pm

• Accurately pick items for customer orders according to picking documents or digital systems
• Verify SKU accuracy, batch/lot integrity, and product condition
• Pack orders safely and neatly following presentation standards
• Seal, label, and stage parcels for carrier pickup (primarily UPS)
• Operate shipping software to generate accurate shipping labels

• Experience in order picking, packing, warehouse, or fulfillment environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable using basic computer systems, scanners, and shipping software
• Ability to lift, move, and carry boxes up to 40 lbs
