Warehouse Supervisor

Essential Functions
  • Culture & Team Development: Champion and model our people‑first culture by fostering engagement, developing team members, promoting employee ownership, recognizing contributions, and creating a workplace where team members are motivated to do their best work.
  • Team Leadership & Support: Lead, train, and support warehouse staff while reinforcing company policies, procedures, and values.
  • Work Planning & Coordination: Coordinate daily warehouse activities by prioritizing tasks, supporting facility operations, and assisting with general responsibilities.
  • Communication & Issue Escalation: Serve as a key communication link by addressing operations issues and escalating concerns to management.
  • Core Warehouse Operations: Perform day‑to‑day warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and deliveries.
  • Order Fulfillment & Product Handling: Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while properly handling and inspecting products to maintain quality.
  • Inventory Control & Accuracy: Maintain inventory accuracy by managing discrepancies, supporting counts, and organizing product locations.
  • Safety, Equipment, & Facility Care: Promote a safe work environment by operating equipment properly, reporting issues, and maintaining a clean facility.
Compensation

This position has an annual salary range of $69,000 - $74,000 based on experience. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

    Work independently and within a team while directing work, training others, and holding team members accountable.
  • Communication & Adaptability: Communicate effectively, remain flexible, and adjust priorities based on changing business needs.
  • Safety & Equipment Handling: Follow and reinforce safety guidelines while safely performing or learning specialized tasks such as tire mounting and balancing.
Required Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, tire/wheel, inventory, or fulfillment experience
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre‑employment drug screen and physical
Preferred Experience
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience
  • Prior tire and wheel mounting or balancing experience
  • Prior lead, trainer, or supervisory experience
  • Forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, or order picker experience
  • Prior experience with inventory control, shipping systems, warehouse management systems, or order processing systems
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to obtain DOT Health Card
