• Direct daily operations to ensure all productivity goals and service level agreements are consistently achieved.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a culture of ownership, professional growth, and high performance.
• Optimize departmental workflows by proactively managing resource allocation and supply levels.
• Conduct regular process audits to ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify bottlenecks and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing compliance with all safety protocols and equipment handling guidelines.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and tools to track performance metrics and report on operational health.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

• Experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and automated systems.
• Demonstrated success in managing workflows under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Proficiency in data collection and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
