Responsibilities

• Execute daily cycle counts and triggered audits to ensure 100% inventory accuracy using RF scanner technology.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment to facilitate smooth operations.
• Drive productivity by meeting established units per hour (UPH) targets through efficient workflow management.
• Process damaged goods and reconcile discrepancies to minimize inventory loss.
• Ensure proper product alignment and labeling throughout the facility to improve picking speed.
• Collaborate across various departments to support overall warehouse objectives and operational goals.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Proven experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like standing, walking, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in quality assurance or inventory auditing.
• Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to follow complex work instructions and maintain high productivity standards.
