We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Seasonal Warehouse Lead to assist with warehouse operations during peak season. This role is responsible for supporting staff on the assigned shift, ensuring productivity goals are met, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Seasonal Warehouse Lead will work closely with the shift manager to drive team performance and support employees in achieving warehouse KPIs.

Schedule:
Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm (or completion)
Starting Nov. 30th - 3am-11pm (or completion)
Responsibilities:- Supervise and support all shift employees alongside the shift managers
- Assist in training new hires and providing regular support
- Ensure staff meet or exceed picking LPH (lines per hour) and daily/weekly order-picking KPIs
- Conduct regular coaching, delivering both verbal and written corrective actions when necessary
- Serve as a positive leader and role model, representing the agency’s values and fostering a productive team culture
- Assist with daily employee check-in and check-out of required tools and PPE
- Oversee and enforce daily cleaning, housekeeping, and safety standards in the warehouse
- All other duties as assigned
- Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience required
- Willing to submit to drug and background screening
- Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate staff to achieve goals
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and housekeeping practices
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours during peak season. ALL OVERTIME IS REQUIRED
