PCG is seeking an entry‑level Staff Accountant for its corporate operations based in Lenexa, KS. This position is responsible for the following duties:

• Reconcile sub‑ledger accounts to general ledger for all companies.
• Participate in month‑end close process.
• Journal entries and other general accounting.
• Research and analytical problem solving.
• Be detail oriented, reliable, and well organized.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to Branch inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare summary financial information and ad hoc reporting to management as needed.
• Possess good computer skills and demonstrate the ability to learn new computer functionality.
• Work well with others through all methods of communication.
• External audit assistance and preparation of schedules.
• Special projects as needed.

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 annualized salary plus non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 1-3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant
• Must possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail required
• Effective communicator
• Self‑starter and able to prioritize

• Experience with multiple locations preferred
• Experience with the construction industry preferred
• Knowledge/experience with Power BI
• Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365
