Staff Accountant

We are partnering with a growing manufacturing and agricultural organization seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team in Western Kansas. This is a strong opportunity for an accounting professional looking to gain hands‑on operational accounting experience within a stable and collaborative environment.

• Handle grain settlements, contract applications, and related accounting activities
• Support daily invoicing and manufacturing accounting processes
• Perform freight matching for inbound and outbound shipments
• Assist with month‑end close, account reconciliations, and inventory capitalization calculations
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and variance analysis
• Support additional accounting and operational finance functions as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 1+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  
  High attention to detail with strong communication skills
