Schedule: Monday–Thursday onsite | Friday remote (8-hour days)
Duration: Temporary 6-month contract (possible conversion)
Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour (flexible based on experience)

OverviewWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Administrative Vendor Support Specialist to support a key system transition project. This individual will play a vital role in managing provider relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting network operations during a high‑impact initiative.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the onboarding of new vendors, including data entry, scheduling of services, and collection of required documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, resolving issues related to performance, billing, payments, and technology systems.
- Provide support to internal teams by assisting with reporting, administrative activities, and technical tasks.
- Oversee shared inboxes, help desk requests, and provider portal activity.
- Analyze data to evaluate provider performance and network coverage.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel – must be able to work within multiple spreadsheets.

- Sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and CRM databases a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in the service industry, customer support, or telemarketing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or related experience preferred.
