Location: Colwich

Schedule: Monday–Thursday onsite | Friday remote (8-hour days)

Duration: Temporary 6-month contract (possible conversion)

Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour (flexible based on experience)

Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Administrative Vendor Support Specialist to support a key system transition project. This individual will play a vital role in managing provider relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting network operations during a high‑impact initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the onboarding of new vendors, including data entry, scheduling of services, and collection of required documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, resolving issues related to performance, billing, payments, and technology systems.
  • Provide support to internal teams by assisting with reporting, administrative activities, and technical tasks.
  • Oversee shared inboxes, help desk requests, and provider portal activity.
  • Analyze data to evaluate provider performance and network coverage.
Skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel – must be able to work within multiple spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)

  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Problem‑solving and data analysis skills
  • Sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and CRM databases a plus
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in the service industry, customer support, or telemarketing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or related experience preferred.
