Job Title
Temporary Administrative Agent for Urbanism Service Continuity and Administrative Reception at the Town Hall of Corneilla la Rivière
Job DescriptionMain duties include:
- Administrative management of urban planning authorizations
- Verification of the completeness of administrative files
- Registration of requests in business software and regulatory registers
- Administrative follow-up of files until their transmission to the competent instructing service
- Preparation of correspondence related to urban planning requests
- Informing and guiding citizens on first-level urban planning procedures
- Management of public domain occupation decrees
- Preparation of municipal decrees for temporary occupation of public domain (scaffolding, moves, works, dumpsters, events, etc.)
- Administrative follow-up of issued authorizations
- Maintenance of registries and classification of files
- Support to reception and secretariat
- Physical and telephone reception of users
- Information and orientation of the public towards competent services
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Performance of various administrative secretariat tasks
- Provision of occasional support to other administrative services according to needs
Skills needed:
- Knowledge of the functioning of territorial communities is appreciated
- Notions in urban planning and administrative procedures are desirable
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Draft administrative letters and documents
- Respect regulatory procedures and deadlines

- Administrative training from Bac to Bac +2 is desirable

- Working time: 28/35th
- Position based at the town hall
- Regular contact with citizens and institutional partners
