We are seeking a Creative Marketing Operations Manager to support our Creative Marketing, Events, and Store Experience department. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building efficient systems as much as they are about empowering people. This role is a strategic operational leader—responsible for driving project clarity, managing complex logistics, optimizing workflows, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across all creative marketing, corporate and internal events, and retail and wholesale initiatives.
Based in Kansas City, this individual will bring sharp planning skills, strong organization, and a solutions-first mindset to keep projects moving fast and flawlessly. They’ll be the glue across teams—boosting communication, spotting risks early, and clearing roadblocks before they slow anyone down.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
- Provide project management support for Creative and Events internal projects, retail store initiatives, and other projects as needed.
- Work upstream and downstream with partners to align on key dates impacting or impacted by activities within the department and with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Serve as the department intake for briefs, working with team members to identify gaps and needs before going into the department’s work streams.
- Create and maintain necessary project management documentation, templates, and reports, to include project requirements, project briefs, status reports, SOW, meeting agendas/notes, and lessons learned
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to improve accountability and delivery performance.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle; ensure key milestones and approvals are communicated and achieved.
- Proactively identify, manage, and communicate issues and risks to the project deliverables and timelines
- Independently work on projects as assigned, creating plans, frameworks and constructs to keep a project moving.
- Actively create, optimize and/or document processes that will enable the teams to work more efficiently
- Develop project frameworks, plans, and structures that keep initiatives on track without oversight dependency.
- Leverage the tools and best practices of our centralized PMO when creating new process and managing more complex projects.
- Responsible for communicating timely updates and distributing feedback to the appropriate team members.
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks, proactively resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward.
- Champion clarity and continuous improvement, embracing change and helping others adapt in a way that keeps people motivated and engaged.
What We Are Looking For:
- Required/Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, or Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years in either project management or operations. Marketing experience or working within a creative environment preferred.
