Responsibilities- Provide operational support to franchise owners, from day‑to‑day operations to strategic planning guidance.
- Communicate with the franchisor, keeping them updated on the status of franchisees and providing feedback on the franchise system.
- Gather and analyze data used to track franchisee performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Motivate and coach franchisees—providing feedback, helping them set goals, and celebrating their successes.
- Enforce franchise compliance, ensuring franchise owners follow franchisor rules and regulations.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in franchise, business consulting, or small‑business ownership; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of Profit & Loss and how to drive profitability.
- Knowledge of field operation concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work autonomously.
- Critical thinking and decision‑making ability for policy and program development.
- Attention to detail, follow‑up commitment, and a collaborative mindset.
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Schedule / In‑Office RequirementsFull‑time, Monday – Friday, 8AM to 5PM (local time). Preference given to candidates near Waco, TX.
CompensationCompetitive pay commensurate with experience.
