To strengthen our Business Process Team at our Speyer location, we are looking for a full-time Business Process Analyst (m/w/d) starting immediately.

Your tasks:

• Optimization of ERP functionalities
• Visualization, analysis, and optimization of processes
• Creation, support, and consultation of change requests (testing, documentation, process integration) regarding digitalization and automation projects
• Support in the development and implementation of solutions for process automation and efficiency improvement
• Creation of requirements and duty books as well as implementation concepts
• Link between the specialist departments and development
• Description and documentation of company processes
• Design of new processes as well as guidance and supervision of project-related working groups
• Participation in projects / workshops

Your profile:

• Completed studies in IT or business (e.g., business informatics, business information management, business administration, etc.) or training as a software specialist or comparable qualification
• Experience in project management and process management
• Experience with ERP systems is desirable
• Experience with ticket systems (e.g., Jira)
• Software skills in process design are desirable
• You are communicative and have good German and English language skills in speech and writing
• A quick understanding and independent work as well as team spirit complete your profile
