As a Front Desk/Counselor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our furry campers and their humans have the best experience possible. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting pet parents and their pups with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and accuracy.
• Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Assisting with the care and supervision of dogs during their stay.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for both pets and staff.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a related role or customer service environment.
• A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
• A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
