Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.
The role begins with nine days on, three off, then moves to a Placed Houseparent with the same group.
