Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents—two married individuals living on campus to care for 8–13 students in a home setting, providing supervision, guidance, and a family-like routine to support academic, emotional, and social development.
Initially, Flex Houseparents work nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, and may transition to a placed houseparent with the same students.
