Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full‑time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on‑campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty, then three off, with opportunities to transition to a placed houseparent role.
Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, wellness support, group activities, devotions, and budgeting. Comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance are provided.
