This full-time Flex Houseparent role places married couples in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and a nurturing, family-like environment for about 8–13 youths.
The position follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle with per-person compensation of $46,917 plus free housing and meals on duty, plus comprehensive benefits,
