Construction Project Change Manager

Overview

The Construction Change Manager is responsible for managing and controlling changes throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. This role ensures that changes to project scope, design, schedule, cost, specifications, contracts, and execution are properly identified, documented, evaluated, approved, communicated, and implemented.

The Construction Change Manager works closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project Controls, Engineering, Design, Procurement, Commercial, Contracts, Quality, Safety, and contractors to minimize disruption and ensure that approved changes are delivered in accordance with project requirements.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of construction processes, project controls, contract administration, change management, and cost and schedule impact assessment.

You’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build infrastructure projects. This is a traveling position, with up to 70% travel time. You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in various states throughout the US. (Full List: NC, VA, GA, TX, FL, IA, WY).
