Central Kansas Appliance Repair is an appliance repair company located at: 532 Lincoln Ave, Clay Center, KS 67432. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer service and building strong relationships with our customers. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

• Answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
• Making outbound calls to customers for scheduling, updates, issue resolution, etc.
• Verifying and marking received parts as checked in using our system
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• De-escalate upset customers, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
• Maintain punctuality

• No prior experience required, training will be provided
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑focused approach
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively de‑escalate situations
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accurate record‑keeping
• Punctual and reliable with excellent time‑management skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
