Foley Industries, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor (Shop) to deliver superior customer service throughout the repair process. You will manage communications, scheduling, quotes, and invoices, while coordinating with shop and field teams to meet deadlines and ensure a positive customer experience.
The role requires strong computer skills, organization, and communication, with travel for training or to assist at other locations. Prior warranty knowledge and bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
