We are seeking enthusiastic and self‑motivated Client Relations Specialists to join our team. The Client Relations Specialist is the client’s first impression of the practice, on the phone or in person, making it a critical role in our hospital.

Beginning of Week:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday - 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.

• Welcome clients and patients with compassion and professionalism.
• Collect and enter accurate client and patient information.
• Assist clients with financial options and required paperwork.
• Answer and triage phone calls appropriately.
• Organize and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support pet owners through difficult decisions, including euthanasia services.
• Recognize emergency (STAT) cases and alert the medical team promptly.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or client‑facing roles.
• Veterinary or human medical experience is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem‑solving mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Team‑oriented with a positive, can‑do attitude.
