Overview
We are a community‑oriented dental practice focused on providing high quality dental care to underserved families. We seek an Associate Dentist to join our growing team, caring primarily for children and adolescents, and contributing to our mission of creating healthy smiles.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.
- Participate in morning huddles and collaborate with the dental team to plan daily workflow and share best practices.
- Engage with a patient base largely composed of children and adolescents (ages 3‑21), while also caring for adult patients up to 30% of the practice.
- Utilize Denta Pro software, digital X‑ray and Panorex units, and fiber‑optic handpieces for diagnostics and treatment.
- Maintain required OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training annually.
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Valid license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided or eligible for licensure.
- CPR, DEA, and other in‑state certifications as required.
- Necessity of nitrous oxide certification for states (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- Compassionate approach to providing dental care for both children and adults.
- Guaranteed base pay in excess of $200k with uncapped earning potential.
- Sign‑on bonus up to $50k.
