Associate Dentist

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team.

In this role you will support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community, help create memorable experiences for children and adults, and promote a positive image of the company through community activities.

• Provide comprehensive dental services to patients, primarily ages 3‑21 with a patient base that includes up to 30% adults depending on location.
• Use Denta Pro software, digital X‑ray, Panorex units, and fiber‑optic handpieces.
• Collaborate with a team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
• Participate in yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training.
• Maintain an average daily flow of 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients.
• Participate in morning huddles, plan your day, and foster a supportive team environment.
• Promote the company’s positive image through community engagement.

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) where care is provided, or eligibility for licensure.
• Compassionate and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Sign‑on bonus up to $50,000.
