- Guaranteed base pay in excess of $200k with uncapped earning potential

- Provide comprehensive dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21 with up to 30% adult population.
- Use Denta Pro software, digital X‑ray and Pan‑orex units, and fiber‑optic handpieces to deliver care.
- Maintain an efficient office flow, averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day.
- Collaborate with a team that includes 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
- Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
- Participate in morning huddles and team meetings to discuss patient care and workflow.
- DDS or DMD from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care or be eligible for licensure.
- Required certifications: CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (states: LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- Strong compassion and desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
- Commitment to teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
