Role Overview
An Associate Dentist provides dental services to patients, primarily children and young adults, in a supportive, team-oriented environment. They participate in daily huddles, plan patient care, and promote a positive community image. The role involves delivering high-quality care using advanced tools such as digital x-ray and fiber-optic handpieces, within a practice supported by a dedicated team of hygienists and assistants.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive dental care to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office flow
- Participate in training, safety protocols, and community activities
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- Valid dental license and required certifications (CPR, DEA, Nitrous Oxide where applicable)
- Strong compassion and desire to serve children and adults
- Proficiency with dental software and digital imaging tools
