Mercy Clinic is seeking a Sports Medicine- fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon to join our well-established, high-performing team of 10 orthopedic surgeons serving two state-of-the-art campuses:
Mercy Hospital Joplin and Mercy Specialty Hospital Southeast Kansas in Galena, located just 15 minutes apart.

Position Highlights

• Partner with local Family Medicine/Sports Medicine physicians to provide coverage for area high schools and youth football programs, with opportunities to expand sports partnerships.
• Collaborate in an established Concussion Clinic Program with strong community demand.
• Receive collaborative support from experienced athletic trainers
  , physical therapists
  , and orthopedic PAs and NPs
  .
• Use state-of-the-art operating rooms equipped with advanced technology.
• Utilize the Rehabilitation center featuring Hydro Worx therapy pools
  .
• Work at a dedicated orthopedic hospital and HOD surgery center at the Galena campus.
• Operate within a System-wide Epic electronic health record.
