- Practice Setting: Outpatient only, no inpatient services required
- Board Certification: Minimum eligibility required

- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 6090 days.
- Certifications Needed: BLS and PALS required.
- Privileges: Hospital privileges are not required.
