Primary Care Physician (FM or IM)

Why This Role Rocks:

Top-tier compensation – Guaranteed base salary range $235,000 -$350,000 depending on experience.

Non-production-based compensation model | New physicians base salary starts in the 10-25 percentile range $215,000 - $245,000 | Additional compensation for call (call pay plus with RVUs) is ️$70,000-$100,000

Possibility to earn more by taking on more shifts

Production-based bonus structure – Earn more with additional RVUsSign-on bonus & relocation assistance starting at $20,000

Student loan repayment eligibility through KMSL, OMS, and KBP programs️ Generous PTO – 248 hours per year

Education:

Completion of an accredited MD or DO Medical school/residency with focus on Family Practice or Internal Medicine.

Experience:

General experience related to a successful Med School Residency program. Special interests in ED, inpatient, Peds, Women’s Health, etc strongly preferred.

Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language.

Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills

Certifications/Registrations:

Current state license to practice as a Physician, ACLS and PALS current or within 90 days of hire, ATLS current or within 6 months of hire, BLS.
