Fully employed position with independent Critical Access Hospital Outpatient-focused Family Medicine/Internal Medicine practice, with low in-patient census. Team-based care model with strong APP support Opportunity to focus on chronic disease management and relationship-based medicine Light call with experienced APP support Culture & Support:
