Position HighlightsWork-Life Balance:
- 32 clinical hours + 1 dedicated admin day each week
- 31 days PTO
- Manageable patient volumes (16-18 patients/day)
Practice Setting:
- Fully employed position with independent Critical Access Hospital
- Outpatient-focused Family Medicine/Internal Medicine practice, with low in-patient census.
- Team-based care model with strong APP support
- Opportunity to focus on chronic disease management and relationship-based medicine
- Light call with experienced APP support
