Silver Lake Schools (USD 372) is seeking a dynamic and motivated High School Business Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year
. This position offers an exciting opportunity to teach foundational business courses while guiding students through real‑world entrepreneurial experiences.

The successful candidate will teach a range of business classes—such as introductory business, marketing, and entrepreneurship—and will manage two thriving student‑run enterprises:

• Golden Eagle Bank
  , a student‑operated financial institution.
• Eagle Pride Printing
  , a t‑shirt and custom apparel business.

These programs provide hands‑on learning opportunities and connect classroom instruction to practical business management and community service.

Qualifications:

• Kansas teaching license with a Business or Business Education endorsement (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• A passion for developing student leadership, career skills, and real‑world business knowledge.
• Experience in business operations, entrepreneurship, or school‑based enterprise management preferred.
