USD 243 is located in the northern part of Coffey County and proudly serves the communities of Lebo and Waverly. Our district includes two 1A high schools—Lebo High School and Waverly High School—and two elementary schools that offer all-day kindergarten, preschool for 3- and 4-year-olds, and daycare for children ages 2½ to 5. With about 500 students across the district, we focus on building strong relationships, maintaining high expectations, and supporting each child’s growth.
