• Current license and CCC certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC)
• Previous experience working in a school setting is highly valued
• Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student‑centered therapy
• Adaptability for working at a few different school locations

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess and document student needs, progress, and outcomes
• Engage and communicate regularly with teachers and families
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary teams
• Rotate between school sites in areas including Wellsville, Eudora, and Baldwin City to deliver consistent support
