Serve as a team leader to ensure developmentally appropriate care and instruction for children and youth ages 6 weeks to 18 years;
Instruct team members with written instructions, reference materials, and supplies;
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational lesson plans, schedules, and activities;
Ensure staff follow health and safety standards including diapering, toileting, hand washing, cleaning and food service;
Supervise children and youth in CYS facilities, classrooms, and outdoor areas, including field trips
