Camp Poco – Summer 2026 (Seasonal Positions)

Camp Poco is seeking qualified candidates to serve as Counselors, Head Counselors and Program Specialists for the Summer 2026 season. These roles provide an opportunity to apply instructional expertise in a dynamic camp setting while supporting youth development and mentoring seasonal staff.

• Supervise and support grade level camp groups
• Lead a team of counselors and junior staff
• Facilitate daily camper activities and group management
• Ensure camper safety and positive climate

• Supervise and support grade level camp groups
• Actively engage with and supervise campers

• Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate programming (e.g., STEM, arts, sports, enrichment)
• Promote skill development, collaboration, and student confidence

• Certified teachers or experienced educators preferred
• Experience working with school-age children
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive environment
