Supervise Child and Youth Services staff to provide developmentally appropriate care and instruction for children and youth;
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational lesson plans and activities;
Ensure health and safety standards in diapering, toileting, hand washing, sanitation, food service, safe sleep practices;
Plan schedules and activities based on observed needs and interests of children and youth;
Instruct staff in tasks and job techniques and provide written instructions and materials
