ESL Teacher Aide

The ESL Teacher Aide works with bilingual/ESL teachers to support students in the classroom and small-group settings. Responsibilities include assisting with instruction, translating for students and families, preparing classroom materials, and completing clerical tasks.

Responsibilities include:

Assist teachers with classroom and small-group instruction. Translate conversations, phone calls, notes, and other materials for students, parents, and staff. Support students who need extra help understanding lessons. Use games and other activities to reinforce learning. Monitor and report student progress and behavior. Use technology to support instruction. Provide students with encouragement, guidance, and positive role modeling. Work with teachers to meet student needs and communicate with families.

Supervise student activities as assigned. Attend meetings, trainings, and field trips. Maintain regular attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Position details: 7.30 hours per day Single health insurance policy and additional benefits provided
