This is not a desk-only engineering role.

We design and build school buses — real vehicles, built every day by people who take pride in their work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that rewards practical thinking, curiosity, and ownership.

We’re looking for a senior-level Mechanical or Electrical Engineer who wants to be close to the product, close to production, and close to the problems that actually matter.

If you enjoy walking the floor, solving root causes, working with operators, and seeing your ideas turn into hardware — you’ll fit in here.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Owning engineering problems from concept through production
• Supporting and improving manufacturing processes, not just designs
• Working directly with quality, production, tooling, and suppliers
• Solving real-world issues involving structures, electrical systems, assemblies, and integration
• Using data, standards, and judgment to make effective real-world decisions.
• Helping shape how engineering supports the business, not just reacts to it

This role has visibility and influence. You won’t be buried in layers or handed work that never sees the light of day.
