We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Bridge Engineer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of bridge structures. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technology and to contribute to significant infrastructure projects. • Design and develop bridge structures in accordance with local and national codes and standards.
• Create and review structural calculations and design drawings.
• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of bridges and other structures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project planning and execution.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed by junior engineers and technicians.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
• Use MDX or equivalent software for structural analysis and design.
• Develop and implement innovative design solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest engineering trends and technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge design and engineering.
• Proficient in MDX or equivalent software for structural analysis and design.
• Excellent knowledge of local and national codes and standards related to bridge design.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
