We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Bridge Engineer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of bridge structures. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technology and to contribute to significant infrastructure projects. If you have a strong background in engineering and a deep understanding of MDX or equivalent, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Design and develop bridge structures in accordance with local and national codes and standards.
- Create and review structural calculations and design drawings.
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of bridges and other structures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project planning and execution.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed by junior engineers and technicians.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
- Use MDX or equivalent software for structural analysis and design.
- Develop and implement innovative design solutions to complex engineering problems.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest engineering trends and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge design and engineering.
- Proficient in MDX or equivalent software for structural analysis and design.
- Excellent knowledge of local and national codes and standards related to bridge design.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
