* Qualified individual has experience and/or will be required to learn Creo Engineering Software and CAD/CAM Software.

* Qualified individual will possess high‑level project management skills.

* Qualified individual must possess and maintain a strong understanding of facilities, security, and maintenance.

* Will have primary responsibility for developing project timelines, scheduling work, and managing contractors.

* Required to read and correctly interpret simple and complex drawings.

* Responsible for assisting with onsite maintenance tasks as needed.

* Responsible for updating management on project status and progress.

* Responsible for ensuring all contractors meet all safety requirements.

* Responsible for developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to facility security.

* Position is responsible for building a strong, positive working environment between operations and facility project teams.

* Qualified individual will support shop requirements for the execution of projects.

* Candidate may be required to work off‑shift hours to manage contractors and/or project activities.

Required Qualifications:

* Must possess proficient skills in project management, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

* Must be mechanically inclined and able to assist hands‑on with maintenance projects.

* Strong computer skills

* Good interpersonal communication skills

* Strong mah skills

* Ability to work safely and wear all required personal protective equipment

* Ability to work well individually and in a team environment

* Extensive knowledge of project management principles

* High school diploma and 1 year of related experience, OR 5+ years of managing projects and third‑party contractors, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

* Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods

* Ability to perform repetitive operations

* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Summary Pay Range:

$26.15 - $39.23
