Transportation Engineer Project Manager

A respected engineering consulting firm is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to support roadway, infrastructure, and land development projects. This position is ideal for a civil engineering professional who enjoys leading projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring technical staff in a collaborative environment.

• Manage transportation and civil engineering projects from design through completion
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and public agencies
• Lead and mentor engineering and drafting staff
• Oversee preparation of construction plans, specifications, and reports
• Assist with permitting and regulatory coordination
• Provide support during bidding and construction phases
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project deadlines

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 4+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
• Background in transportation, roadway, or site development projects
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
  Organized, dependable, and team-oriented

• Familiarity with Micro Station or other civil engineering design software
