• Plan, implement, and monitor measures for occupational safety, health, and environmental protection independently, ensuring compliance with ArbSchG, BetrSichV, and DGUV regulations
• Create and update risk assessments, operating instructions, and safety concepts, and conduct safety briefings and training for managers and employees
• Systematically investigate work accidents, derive prevention measures, and document them in deviation management
• In close cooperation with specialist departments, authorities, and external experts, support risk analyses and contribute to the development of emergency plans
• Continuously manage the occupational safety management system, including coordinating safety representatives and creating management reports

• Completed studies in occupational safety, environmental protection, or comparable, alternatively a technical education with further qualification as a specialist for occupational safety according to § 7 ASiG
• In-depth knowledge of ArbSchG, BetrSichV, and DGUV regulations as well as practical experience in conducting risk assessments and accident investigations
• Additional qualifications such as fire protection officer (m/f/d) or in quality management (QMB) are advantageous
• At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing sector with practical knowledge in the operational area
• (preferably practical experience in the manufacturing of the automotive industry)
• Analytical thinking, structured working method, and the ability to win over and convince managers and employees on safety issues
• Fluent German and good English in speech and writing
