r to support operations at their crush facility in Goodland, KS. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role will focus on process optimization, capital project execution, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives

.

Key Responsibilit

  • ies Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead implementation efforts to improve plant performan

    Conduct operational assessments focused on energy efficiency, chemical optimization, product yield improvement, reliability, and cost reducti

    Evaluate existing plant processes and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and support long-term operational goa
  • ls.

    Partner with operations, maintenance, controls, and quality teams to develop and execute process improvement initiativ
  • es.

    Lead assigned capital projects from concept through startup and successful implementati
  • on.

    Ensure all engineering modifications and projects align with safety and environmental standar

    Support day-to-day plant operations by monitoring costs, production yields, quality metrics, and process performan

    Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement sustainable solutions to improve operational effectivene

Qualificat

  • ions Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience consider
  • ed).3+ years of engineering experience within processing, food manufacturing, or a similar manufacturing environm

    Strong understanding of process optimization and continuous improvement methodolog
