The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for maintaining critical building systems and environmental conditions through PPM and reactive works. This includes supervising subcontractors and ensuring all plant rooms are kept in serviceable order.
Requirements: Candidates must be formally trained in a mechanical engineering discipline such as HVAC or Plumbing to City and Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level
2. Knowledge of generators and water systems is required, with basic electrical knowledge being desirable.
